Welcome to the latest edition of RPGamer’s round-up column, where we look back at some of the articles that we have posted over the intervening period. This article is designed to give reminders of some interesting content and stories that our readers might have missed.

Wuxia open-world action RPG Where Winds Meet arrives this week on PC and PS5. RPGamer was able to check out an early access build of the game and report back on its martial art prowess.
IKINAGAMES’s Starbites takes players to the desert planet Bitter when it launches in North America and Europe early next year. RPGamer was able to learn a bit more about the turn-based mech RPG.
Major News
The Pokémon Company announced a March 2026 release date for Pokémon Pokopia. Meanwhile, a new extended trailer and new screenshots offer further insight into the life sim spin-off.
Square Enix released a demo for Octopath Traveler 0. The demo lets player try out the game’s early sections for up to three hours.
Elden Ring Nightreign’s first DLC is arriving at the start of December. The Forsaken Hollows adds new Nightfarers, bosses, points of interest, and more.
Clouded Leopard Games and The Swordman Studio revealed that Wandering Sword is coming to consoles next year. The wuxia martial arts RPG will release on PS5 in May, with Switch and Switch 2 versions also planned.
Ruins Magus developer CharacterBank announced a new VR RPG. Knights of Fiona is planned to release next year on Steam VR and Meta Quest devices.
Square Enix revealed more details and media for Dragon Quest VII Reimagined. The forthcoming remake of Dragon Quest VII will feature new storylines and a streamlined progression.
Marvelous has released the Into the Abyss expansion for Daemon X Machina: Titanic Scion. The expansion adds a new zone to explore, with new story content, bosses, gear, and more.
Bandai Namco and Revel Wolves released a new gameplay video for open-world dark fantasy RPG The Blood of Dawnwalker. The half-hour video shows the second part of the quest showcased in June.
